Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Alpha Lizard: Trading Game (the "Game"), published by ADZ BOOST, SVETOVANJE, d.o.o., Slovenska cesta 58, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. The Game is a game
- The Game is a game with trading elements. Rounds replay historical price charts for entertainment and skill play. Nothing in the Game is live trading, and no real orders are placed anywhere.
- Chips and all other in-game items are virtual. They have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred outside the Game, or exchanged for money or anything of value.
- The Game is not a financial service, broker, exchange, investment product or educational financial advice. Results in the Game say nothing about any real market and must not be used as a basis for real financial decisions.
- Historical market data is shown for gameplay only. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The Game may not be available in all countries; you are responsible for complying with local law.
3. Accounts
- The Game creates a guest profile on your device. You can link it with Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In or an email address to keep your progress across devices.
- Keep your sign-in credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One account per person. Do not create accounts for others or use someone else's account.
- You can delete your account at any time — see Delete account.
4. Virtual chips and in-app purchases
- Chips can be won in the Game or bought through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their terms and refund rules; we do not receive your payment details.
- Buying chips gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them inside the Game. It is not a deposit, a balance you own, or a claim against us.
- Unless required by law, purchases are final. Chips are not refunded when you delete your account or when the Game is discontinued.
- We may change the price, quantity or availability of chips and items, and may adjust in-game balance and rules.
5. Fair play
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, scripts or modified clients, interfere with other players or our servers, reverse-engineer the Game, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove results from leaderboards.
6. Intellectual property
The Game, its characters (including the Alpha Lizard mascot), artwork, code and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game on devices you own. You may not copy, sell or distribute any part of it.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time. We try to keep the Game running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. Sections 1, 4, 6, 9, 10 and 11 survive termination.
9. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of in-game progress or chips, or loss arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through the Game in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Disputes go to the competent courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another venue. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown above; for material changes we will notify you in the Game. Continued use after the change means you accept the new Terms.
