Delete your account
You can delete your Alpha Lizard: Trading Game account at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option A — in the app
- Open the Game and go to Profile.
- Open Settings and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. If your account is linked with Apple, Google or email, you may be asked to sign in again.
Option B — by email
Write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address linked to your account, or, for a guest account, include the player ID shown in Settings so we can find the right profile. We may ask a follow-up question to confirm that the account is yours.
What happens next
- We process deletion requests within [30 days]. In-app deletion starts immediately.
- You will lose access to the account as soon as the deletion starts; the Game will create a fresh guest profile on your device.
- Chips and in-game items are not refunded. Purchases made through Apple or Google follow their refund rules.
What is deleted
- Your player profile, display name and settings
- The link to your Apple, Google or email sign-in
- Game progress, round history, streaks and chip balance
- Your entries on leaderboards
- Analytics data tied to your account identifier, as far as our providers can delete it
What we may keep
- Purchase records, for the period required by tax and accounting law: [statutory retention period]
- Server logs, for [log retention period], after which they are removed automatically
- Anonymised statistics that no longer identify you
- Data we must keep to handle a dispute or a legal obligation
